Fine bike, delivery quality poor.
The bike meets expectations, only the delivery preparation leaves much to be desired if it is done at all, the email you receive two days before delivery should make you believe this. At the time of delivery, the lock that was agreed upon at the sale was missing, also the stand was loose, both these issues were fixed during delivery. When we got home, we wanted to put the bike on the charger and found that the fastening screw of the charging port had turned out of round, as a result of which the cover that was supposed to keep this screw in place closed, allowing plenty of water and road dirt to get in (doesn't go well with Electricity). On the road, more and more things come to light, the rear mudguard turns out not to be fixed, on the steering wheel there are 2 rubber bands that I think should hold the Bosch steering wheel control wiring in place, but this is not the case. As for the charging port, I immediately reported this to Mantel and they responded after 48 hours.

Top bike
The bike rides very nicely, shifts smoothly, brakes feel solid and that suspension I am in love with. The wider tyres give the final push for a totally safe stable feel. I am a fan! I bought panniers with it and this makes the bike look a bit braver... but make no mistake. It's not...
